Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, call us at 9575746565 with your order number.

Returns & exchange

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

No return, no exchange

Customised, made-to-measure, stitched or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. Used items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items bought on clearance or final sale, and innerwear/accessories such as socks (if sold), are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the returned item, to the original payment method; COD orders by bank transfer/UPI.
